Established in 1859 and now the authority on oral health, the ADA has more than 149,000 members. American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

 The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry is dedicated to advancing the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care among cosmetic dentists. Their goal is to offer superior educational opportunities. They do this by promoting and supporting a respected Accreditation credential and serving as a user-friendly and inviting forum for the creative exchange of knowledge and ideas. The Academy also provides accurate and useful information to the public and the profession.

Indiana Dental Association

The Indiana Dental Association (IDA) represents an organized commitment for the oral health of the citizens of Indiana and the profession of dentistry. With more than 2,600 dentists throughout the State of Indiana as members of the IDA, their goal is to become active within the Community providing continuing education programs, public health services, and other benefits to promote oral health throughout Indiana.

Indianapolis District Dental Society

A professional association of dentists, the Indianapolis District Dental Society is committed to the enhancement of the oral health education and dental welfare of the public. This society has been an established tradition of integrity and care since it was founded in 1878. Committed to the promotion of professionalism and quality in dentistry, the Indianapolis District Dental Society has sponsored numerous dental continuing education programs letting our area dentists expand their knowledge in the field through improved technology, intensive lectures, or hands-on training. More than 700 dentists are involved in this organization in the nine counties surrounding Indianapolis.

American Academy of Implant Dentistry

The American Academy of Implant Dentistry is the oldest professional organization in the world dedicated to the advancement of implant dentistry. The more than 2,400 members of the Academy include general dentists, specialists, individual practitioners, and members who are part of a team. The Academy promotes both the prosthetic and surgical aspects as well as the individual and the team approach to implant dentistry. International Academy of Sports Dentistry

Sports Dentistry is the treatment and prevention of oral / facial athletic injuries. It is also related to oral diseases and manifestations. The International Academy for Sports Dentistry recommends that the American Association of Dental Schools and the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association consider the adoption of Sports Dentistry curricular guidelines for pre-doctoral dental programs.
